Enhanced COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Our cleaning crews have increased their cleaning durations until 4 pm on the day of Check-in so that we can do deep sanitizing cleanings during these times of COVID. We are spending more hours cleaning with larger cleaning crews, using more disinfectant and bleach-based products than before, and providing all guests with a special COVID Kit containing disposable plates, dishes and silverware, gloves, and masks and hand sanitizer and other useful items free of charge. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our Guests.

Villa Bermuda Beach is located directly on Bermuda Beach in Sunset Cliffs, famous for sunset viewing, and oceanfront wedding ceremonies. It is a 10 minute walk away from the eclectic cafes and shops of Ocean Beach, and a short drive to most of San Diego's most famous attractions.

An Unforgettable Beachfront Living Experience
We stayed 4 nights at this property and we were delighted with all of the special amenities. From the welcome cookies, bottled waters and fresh fruit...to the incredible outdoor fire pit and hot tub. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the cookware and serving essentials needed to prepare meals every day. Each of the three bedrooms had comfortable king beds and individual fans. Beach towels, chairs, toys and blankets were a nice surprise. My favorite time of each day was watching the sunset on the deck next to the fire pit and watching all of the pelicans flying by. We have hundreds of pictures and life long memories of this amazing beachfront home. Thank you for all the extra nice touches!

The home is beautiful and the view is amazing. Joseph was very helpful and responsive with check in and with needs as they arose. It's located in a little neighborhood with some cool shops and restaurants. The home itself is great, open layout with doors that open on to the back deck and garden patio. A very nice place and nice stay.

My family (kids 7 and 4) enjoyed a week long stay at this beautiful property. From our first steps into the property, the views were breathtaking and along with the hot tub and generous outdoor space made this one of our most memorable trips to SD. While the beach is not accessible, the location was well situated and private. The property while on the smaller end easily accommodated our 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. We would highly recommend.

Stunning views and outdoor space
Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachside property. Everything was new and clean and we had all the amenities we needed for a weeklong stay. The neighborhood itself was a great base for exploring San Diego. Do note that the bedrooms are all along one side of the house and each have sliding doors instead of doors that seal - so if there are snorers in your group they might be heard by the light sleepers so maybe bring earplugs :) I would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described and Joseph was good enough to allow us to rebook due to COVID restrictions. The place was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities necessary for the stay. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and kitchen items. The hot tub was perfect with an amazing view of the ocean and the firepit was a perfect night time experience. The neighborhood was safe and very walkable. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and sundrie stores within a short and pleasant walk. The garage fits a full size SUV and the washer and dryer were very handy. Overall I give the property and the host a 5 star rating and can't find any reason not to choose this property if you are visiting San Diego.

Beautiful Views & Amazing Home
This home has absolutely everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay. They have thought of everything and its so beautifully appointed. The house sits right on the cliffs and you will have the perfect sunset views. Great communication with the property manager (thanks Joseph!). Great views and lovely property
On the cliff, direct ocean view. Great patio with gas fire pit and Spa tub. Kitchen is well-appointed, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice. Has AC and lovely outdoor dining area in a courtyard. Joseph is very responsive to difficulty we had with the TV service, and got it working well. Only negative is I would have preferred to have screens on the doors and windows to keep the flies out and allow better ventilation without the AC at night especially. Nice to have the standing fan, though - thanks! Also very nice to have laundry in unit, and a garage parking space. Much appreciated!

FAQs
1. I see you have a 4:00 pm check in time. Is it possible for me to get early check in?
A. Early check in is not always available. If the house is booked the night before you arrive, that means that there is a group leaving that morning at the 10:00 check out time and our cleaning crew starts working. Our cleaning crews are using the full 6 hours between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm to clean the house, particularly with Covid protocols. Even if there is no group using the house the night before your arrival, that does not mean that early check in is available. We manage several houses and have cleaning crews working at different properties at different times, there may be maintenance being performed, etc. If early check in is available, the fees are as follows:
10:00 a.m. -- $450
11:00 a.m. -- $375
12:00 p.m. -- $300
1:00 p.m. -- $225
2:00 p.m. -- $150
3:00 p.m. -- $75
Please contact us after you make your reservation to inquire as to whether we are able to accommodate an early check in.
2. I see that check out is at 10:00 a.m., can we check out later?
A. Just like early check in, late check out is not always available. If you are checking out on a day that another group is arriving, then our cleaners will need every hour between your check out time and their arrival time to clean the house. Even if a group is not arriving that day, late check out may not be available for a number of other reasons. If late check out is available, the fees are as follows:

3. I see in your rental contract that the house has quiet hours, does that apply to my group?
We welcome people to share this home and to experience the fantastic location and views as well as the neighborhood and larger community. You should know that we are very serious about quiet hours (which includes use of the pool and hot tub) and respecting the quiet and peaceful ambience of the residential neighborhood. Please do not book this home if you are expecting to party late or loud. Quiet hours as well as excessive noise or disruption rules are enforced at all times. The neighbors will call us if a group is violating the rules.
